Introduction

Welcome. You have arrived at a website provided by New Hollywood Inc. and/or its designees, affiliates, related entities, divisions, subsidiaries, and/or parent companies (collectively, as applicable, "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and want to protect your personal information. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to an identified or identifiable individual or household, as defined by applicable law.

This Privacy Policy governs newhollywood.com, its subdomains, and any portal or other site owned or operated by Company (each, a "Site"), and any application owned or operated by Company (each, an "App"). In addition, this Privacy Policy governs any products, goods, events, interactive features, or other services provided by Company. This Privacy Policy also applies to Personal Information that we may collect from you in person at our physical locations ("Locations"), via phone calls or other communications with our personnel, or in any other instance when you contact us. We refer to all of the above as our "Services."

We are required by law to tell you what information we collect from you, why we collect it, how we use it, under what circumstances we may share it with third parties, how we protect that information, how long we retain it, and what rights you have regarding your information. As a preliminary matter, we handle all information you provide us with the utmost confidentiality. Your Personal Information will only be shared with members of Company who need to know this information in order for us to provide Services to you. At times, we may need to disclose your Personal Information to third parties outside Company who may be assisting us with providing Services to you, as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at info@newhollywood.com.

Please note that if you voluntarily provide your information in the course of interacting with any Site or App, visiting our Locations, or otherwise using our Services, we will take that as your agreement to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use, which govern your use of this Site and the other Services.

By accessing or viewing a Site, contacting us to inquire about our Services, visiting our Locations, or participating in or otherwise using any Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to our Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any products, goods, services, websites, or content that are offered by third parties ("Third-Party Services"), which are governed by their respective privacy policies.

We do not "sell" or "share" your Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or profiling purposes (as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws). For more information about your rights, please see the applicable sections below.

In addition to information that you choose to submit to us, we and/or our service providers may automatically collect and/or store certain information when you visit or interact with a Site or App ("Usage Information"). Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We may use various methods and technologies to store or collect Usage Information ("Tracking Technologies"). Tracking Technologies may set, change, alter, or modify settings or configurations on your Device. A few of the Tracking Technologies that may be used on the Services include, but are not limited to, the following (as well as future-developed tracking technology or methods that are not listed here):

  • Cookies. A cookie is a file placed on a Device to uniquely identify your browser or to store information on your Device. Our Sites may use HTTP cookies, HTML5 cookies, Flash cookies, and other types of cookie technology to store information on local storage.
  • SDK, or Software Development Kit. An SDK or a software development kit is a software component that can allow us or third parties to show you advertisements, collect usage information, and/or perform other functions.
  • Web Beacons. A web beacon is a small tag (which may be invisible to you) that may be placed on a Site's pages and messages.
  • Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with a Site, such as the links you click on.
  • ETag, or Entity Tag. An ETag or entity tag is a feature of the cache in browsers. It is an opaque identifier assigned by a web server to a specific version of a resource found at a URL.
  • Browser Fingerprinting. Collection and analysis of information from your Device, such as, without limitation, your operating system, plug-ins, system fonts, and other data, for purposes of identification.
  • Recognition Technologies. Technologies, including application of statistical probability to data sets, which attempt to recognize or make assumptions about users and Devices (e.g., that a user of multiple Devices is the same user).
  • Pixels. A pixel (also known as a tracking pixel, web beacon, or clear GIF) is a small, transparent image file that may be placed within emails or on web pages to track user engagement and activity.

You can get more information about cookies and other Tracking Technologies, and instructions on how to opt-out of cookies and other certain Tracking Technologies, in our "Ads and Information About You" section below and in our Cookie Policy.

Information from Third Parties

Company is a service provider to our users. One of the features of our Services is individual profiles ("Profiles") which facilitate users' efforts to make connections. These Profiles may be created by us or by users, and may pertain to registered or non-registered users of the Services or non-users. Some Profiles may be available in whole or in part to all users, while others may be available to only a subset of users. Some portions of the Profiles may be made available publicly and be visible in internet search engines. Profiles may be created or supplemented using information obtained from third parties, including other users and publicly available information.

In the course of providing the Services, we may also collect Personal Information about you from other sources, including publicly available information and court and other public records. We may combine the information we collect from third parties with information that we have collected from you or through your use of our Services.

The Services may also include functionality that allows certain kinds of interactions between the Services and your account on a third-party website or application, like X (formerly known as Twitter), LinkedIn, or Instagram. The use of this functionality may involve the third-party site or application providing information to us. For example, we may provide links on our Sites to facilitate sending communications from the Sites or we may use third parties to facilitate emails or postings to social media (like a "Share" or "Forward" button). These third parties may retain any information used or provided in any such communications or activities and these third parties' practices are not subject to our Privacy Policy. We may not control or have access to your communications through these third parties. Further, when you use third-party sites or other third-party services, you are using their services and not our Services and they, not we, are responsible for their practices. You should read the applicable third-party privacy policies before using such third-party tools on our Services. Please also see our Terms of Use for further information.

AI Processing of Submitted Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence ("AI") to provide certain features, including script coverage and analysis, writing assistance, storyboard generation, video editing assistance, and AI-generated reading partners for audition recordings. When you submit content to or create content on our Services, that content may be processed by AI systems to generate the output you have requested.

No AI Training Commitment. Company does not use submitted materials or any user-generated content to train, fine-tune, or improve its AI models. Submitted materials are processed solely to generate the requested output (including, but not limited to, AI-generated coverage, storyboards, edited footage, and AI reading partner performances) and are not retained for any purpose other than providing the requested output and maintaining timestamped submission records for audit, verification, and dispute-resolution purposes. Company maintains timestamped records of all submissions. This commitment applies across all of our Services, including ScriptBox, Scriptini, SUDOCUT, and Auditioner. Unlike many AI service providers, we do not offer an "opt-out" of AI training because we do not use your content for training in the first place.

AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs generated by our AI tools (such as script coverage, storyboards, or edited footage) are created for your use and are not shared with other users or used to generate outputs for other users. However, due to the nature of AI technology, similar inputs from different users may produce similar outputs. We do not guarantee that outputs generated for you will be unique or exclusive.

AI Reading Partner in Auditioner. The Auditioner service includes an AI-generated reading partner feature that allows users to record audition performances with an AI-generated scene partner. When you use this feature, your video recording, along with the AI-generated reading partner, may be submitted to third-party casting directors or other recipients you designate. Please note that the final audition recording you submit will contain AI-generated elements (the reading partner's appearance and voice). You are responsible for any disclosures required when submitting audition materials containing AI-generated content to third parties. Company does not control how third-party recipients use or evaluate audition materials you submit.

When We Disclose Information

We may aggregate, de-identify, and/or anonymize any information collected through the Services such that such information is no longer linked to your personally identifiable information. We may use and share this aggregated and de-identified information (which is no longer considered Personal Information under applicable law) for any purpose, including without limitation, for research and marketing purposes, and may also share such data with our affiliates and third parties. We maintain and use de-identified information in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify the information, except as permitted by law to determine whether our de-identification processes are effective.

To the extent permitted by law, certain nonpublic information about you may be disclosed in the following situations:

  • To comply with a validly issued and enforceable subpoena or summons.
  • In the course of a review of Company's practices under the authorization of a state or national licensing board, or as necessary to properly respond to an inquiry or complaint from such a licensing board of organization.
  • As necessary to properly comply with or respond to an inquiry or complaint from a federal or state agency.
  • In conjunction with a prospective purchase, sale, or merger of all or part of our business, provided that we take appropriate precautions (for example, through a written confidentiality agreement) so the prospective purchaser or merger partner does not disclose information obtained in the course of the review.
  • As a part of any actual or threatened legal proceedings or alternative dispute resolution proceedings either initiated by or against us, provided we disclose only the information necessary to file, pursue, or defend against the lawsuit and take reasonable precautions to ensure that the information disclosed does not become a matter of public record.

  • To provide information to affiliates of Company and nonaffiliated third parties who perform services or functions for us in conjunction with our Services to you ("service providers" or "contractors"), but only if we have a contractual agreement with the other party which prohibits them from disclosing or using the information other than for the purposes for which it was disclosed and requires them to implement appropriate security measures. Examples of such disclosures include using a payment processor, cloud service provider, email marketing provider, analytics provider, or entities that handle other business functions for us.
  • We do not currently share your Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If we change this practice in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy, provide you with advance notice, and give you an opportunity to opt out. (If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information about our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes and to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. Please see the section entitled "Your California Privacy Rights" below about these rights.) In addition, we may share the information we have collected about you, including Personal Information, as disclosed at the time you provide your information and as described in this Privacy Policy.

Ads and Information About You

You may see certain ads on our Services because we may participate in advertising networks administered by third parties. These networks may track your online activities over time and across third-party websites and online services by collecting information through automated means, including through the use of the Tracking Technologies described above, and they may use this information to show you advertisements that are tailored to your individual interests. The information they collect may include information about your visits to our Sites, such as the pages you have viewed. This collection and ad targeting may take place both on our Services and on third-party websites and other services that participate in the ad networks. This process may help us track the effectiveness of our communications and marketing efforts. You can find additional information in our Cookie Policy, including ways to opt-out of certain Tracking Technologies.

Your Choices About the Information We Collect

If you would prefer that we not share your name and mailing address with third parties (other than with our affiliates) to receive promotional offers, you have the option to opt-out of such sharing. To do so, please email us at info@newhollywood.com. Your choice will not affect our ability to share information in the other ways described in this Privacy Policy.

If you do not wish to receive emails about special offers, events, and other promotions from us, email us at info@newhollywood.com to opt-out or click the link in the email to "unsubscribe." If you do not wish to receive other marketing materials by regular mail from us, please write us at:

New Hollywood Inc.

233 Wilshire Blvd

Santa Monica, CA 90401

We maintain a strict "no-spam" policy. If you are having problems unsubscribing, please contact us at info@newhollywood.com by forwarding the email communication and including in the Subject line the word "Unsubscribe," and you will be removed within ten (10) business days.

If you opt-in to receive updates from our system about other users, these are not marketing emails, but you may still opt-out of receiving such updates in the future by changing your settings in your online account.

Please note that certain of your Personal Information, such as your name or other identifying information, may remain in our database even after a deletion request in order to maintain the integrity and historical record of our database and systems, or to comply with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to your use of the Services, service announcements, notices of changes to this Privacy Policy or other terms, or similar administrative or transactional messages, and such messages will be unaffected by any choice to opt-out of marketing communications.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not request, or knowingly collect, any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If we have actual knowledge that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 16 (or 13, as applicable under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), we will delete that information. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 18 who you believe has provided her or his information to us, please contact us at info@newhollywood.com to request the deletion of that information.

Do Not Track Disclosures

Do Not Track ("DNT") is a web browser setting that requests that a web application disable its tracking of an individual user. When you choose to turn on the DNT setting in your browser, your browser sends a special signal to websites, analytics companies, ad networks, plug in providers, and other web services you encounter while browsing to stop tracking your activity. Various third parties are developing or have developed signals or other mechanisms for the expression of consumer choice regarding the collection of information about an individual consumer's online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services (e.g., browser do not track signals). There is no universally agreed upon standard for what a company should do when it detects a DNT signal, and we do not currently respond to browser-based DNT signals. However, we do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described below. You can learn more about Do Not Track here.

Opt-Out Preference Signals

Some browsers and browser extensions support opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") that can send a signal to the websites you visit indicating your choice to opt-out from certain types of data processing, including data sales and sharing. When we detect such a signal, we will honor your request to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information as required by applicable law, including the CCPA and other state privacy laws that mandate recognition of universal opt-out mechanisms.

Visitors to the Sites Outside of the United States

If you are visiting a Site from a location outside of the United States, your connection will be through and to servers located in the U.S. All information you receive from the Site will be created on servers located in the U.S., and all information you provide will be maintained on web servers and systems located within the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. The data protection laws in the United States may differ from those of the country in which you are located, and your information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in the United States according to laws of the United States. By using the Services or providing us with any information, you consent to the transfer to, and processing, usage, sharing, and storage of your information in the United States and in other countries, as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

Updating Personal Information

We prefer to keep your Personal Information accurate and up to date. If you would like to change your contact information, please either update your information through your online account or contact us at info@newhollywood.com. We will make good faith efforts to make requested changes in our then active databases as soon as reasonably practicable following receipt of the request (but we may retain prior information as business records).

All registered users have the right to request the removal of certain content they have publicly posted on a Site or App. You may be able to remove the content through your online account. Otherwise, you may request that Company remove the content by contacting us at info@newhollywood.com. In some circumstances, we may maintain the content but remove any reference to you so that the posts are anonymized. When submitting a request, please be sure to include your full name, email address, and information sufficient to permit us to locate the content you are requesting us to remove. You may also request the deletion of your account by emailing info@newhollywood.com. We will process deletion requests and remove Personal Information from our active systems within forty-five (45) days of verifying your request, or within the timeframes required by applicable law, unless we are required to retain such information for legal or regulatory reasons. Note that any removal of public postings in accordance with these procedures does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information you posted, which may persist in archival records or may have been copied by third parties while publicly accessible, and that deleting your account may not result in the removal of the public postings.

Please note that removal of content from our Sites or Apps does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal, as the content may have been shared with others, may appear in search engine results until the search engine refreshes its cache, or may persist in backup copies maintained for disaster recovery purposes.

For your convenience, the Sites, the Apps, and/or this Privacy Policy may contain links to third-party websites. Company is not responsible for the privacy practices, advertising, products, services, or the content of such third-party websites. None of the links on the Sites, the Apps, and/or this Privacy Policy should be deemed to imply that Company endorses or has any affiliation with the links. Please see our Terms of Use for more information.

Security

We incorporate commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your Personal Information. However, no data transmission over the internet, mobile networks, wireless transmission, or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Services, and you provide us with your information at your own risk.

Retention of Personal Information

Company will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws or regulations), resolve disputes, enforce our legal agreements and policies, and for legitimate business purposes. When you request deletion of your Personal Information, we will remove it from our active systems within forty-five (45) days, or within the timeframes required by applicable law, unless retention is required for the reasons described in this section.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers or those of our third-party data storage providers.

Subject to applicable law, we may hold Personal Information about you for as long as is necessary to respond to any questions, complaints, or claims made by you or on your behalf.

We utilize the following criteria to determine the length of time for which we retain Personal Information:

  • How long we have had a relationship with you or provided our Services to you;
  • The business purposes for which the information is used, and the length of time for which the information is required to achieve those purposes;
  • Whether we are required to retain the information, or the information is otherwise necessary, in order to: comply with legal obligations or contractual commitments; defend against potential legal claims; detect or prevent potential illegal activity or actions in violation of our policies and procedures; secure our systems and online environment; or protect health and safety;
  • The privacy impact on individuals of ongoing retention; and
  • The manner in which information is maintained and flows through our systems, and how best to manage the lifecycle of information in light of the volume and complexity of the systems in our infrastructure.

Your Rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation

This section of our Privacy Policy applies if you are a data subject who resides or is located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"). We adopted this section to comply with European privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). Any terms defined in the GDPR have the same meaning when used in this section. This section also applies to the extent the GDPR applies extraterritorially to our processing activities.

Under applicable law, we are considered the "data controller" of the Personal Information we handle under this Notice. In other words, we are responsible for deciding how to collect, use, and disclose this information, subject to applicable law.

We hope to ensure that the Personal Information we possess is always accurate and therefore we encourage you to update your information in your own account (if any) in case any changes have occurred. We have listed below the rights that you may be able to exercise in respect of the processing of your Personal Information, subject to applicable law. We take every reasonable step to ensure that the Personal Information that we process is limited to the Personal Information that is reasonably required in connection with the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

If you are a resident of or located within the EEA, you have certain data protection rights. These rights include:

  • The right to access, update, or delete the information we have collected from you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update, or request deletion of your Personal Information by contacting us at the contact information below.
  • The right of rectification. You have the right to have your information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Information.
  • The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Information.
  • The right to data portability. You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we have on you in a structured, machine-readable, and commonly used format.
  • The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where Company relied on your consent to process your Personal Information.
  • The right to not be subject to automated individual decision-making. You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you, except in limited circumstances permitted by law.

We rely on the following legal bases for processing your Personal Information:

  • Processing of your Personal Information that you provide to us when you interact with our Services is necessary to respond to or implement your request prior to entering into a contract with us.
  • We use account-related data to set up accounts for users in our platform and to administer and support those accounts (such as usernames, email addresses, passwords, and/or billing information), provide you with access to the Services, contact you regarding your use of the Services, or notify you of important changes to the Services. Such use is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us.
  • We will send you information by email on our new services or other promotions only with your consent or if you otherwise opt-in to receiving those communications. If you do not provide us with your consent to the processing of your Personal Information for this purpose, we will not send you this information. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time as described below.
  • Our use of data relating to your use of any Site, App, and/or other Services, described above, is necessary for our legitimate interests in understanding how the Services are being used by you, and to improve your experience on the Services and our Services offerings. We have also a legitimate interest in aggregating and/or anonymizing the information that we collect through our Sites, Apps, and/or other Services and using this information for our business purposes, as described above. When we process your Personal Information for our legitimate interests, we make sure to consider and balance any potential impact on you, and your rights under data protection laws. Our legitimate business interests do not automatically override your interests - we will not use your Personal Information for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you, unless we have your consent or those activities are otherwise required or permitted by law. You have the right to object to processing that is based on our legitimate interests, as further described below.

How to Exercise Your Rights Under GDPR

If applicable, you may exercise any of your rights under the GDPR by submitting a verifiable data subject request to us by using the information in the "Contact Us" section below. You may make a request related to your Personal Information or on behalf of someone for whom you have authorization. You must include your full name and email address, and attest to the fact that you are a citizen or resident of the EEA by including your country of citizenship or residence in your request. We may require you to confirm your identity and/or legal standing for the request as well as your residency in the EEA in order to process the information. We will respond to your request without undue delay and in any event within one month, or let you know if we need additional time.

Please note that we will ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests, and we may deny your request if we are unable to verify your identity or authority to make the request. Any additional information you provide for verification purposes will be used only to verify your identity and not for any other purpose.

Should you wish to raise a concern about our use of your data (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local supervisory authority; however, we hope that we can assist with any queries or concerns you may have about our use of your Personal Information first by you contacting us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below.

Your Rights Under the UK GDPR

If you are based in the United Kingdom, the following provisions also apply:

UK GDPR means the Retained Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

If we share your personal data within Company or with third parties located outside the United Kingdom, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to guarantee the continued protection of your personal data, such as by entering into the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the international data transfer addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as adopted by the UK Government under section 119A of the Data Protection Act 2018.

You have the same data subject rights as those for the EEA listed above, except that references to the "GDPR" should be read as references to the "UK GDPR" and complaints should be filed with the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office.

Your Canadian Privacy Rights

Canadian residents may have additional rights under Canadian law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and successor legislation. Please see the website of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (www.priv.gc.ca) for further information.

You and we confirm that it is our wish that this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and all other related policies be drawn up in English. Vous reconnaissez avoir exigé la rédaction en anglais du présent document ainsi que tous les documents qui s'y rattachent.

Your California Privacy Rights

This section of the Privacy Policy applies solely to California residents. We adopt this policy to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the "CCPA"). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this section.

As a California consumer, you have specific rights regarding how your Personal Information is collected and used. These rights include:

  • You have the right to request that we disclose to you or your authorized agent acting on your behalf certain information covering the past twelve (12) months;
  • You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you;
  • You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Information (with exceptions noted by law - more on this below);
  • You have the right to request that your Personal Information not be sold to or shared with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising ("Sharing");
  • You have the right not to be discriminated or retaliated against because you exercised these rights; and
  • You have the right to request that we limit our use and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information to uses that are necessary to perform the Services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer, or as otherwise authorized by law.

Right to Access

California residents have the right to request, under certain circumstances, that a business that collects Personal Information about them disclose the information listed below for the preceding 12 months:

  • The categories of Personal Information we have collected from you;
  • The categories of sources from which we collected the Personal Information;
  • The business purpose we have for collecting or selling that Personal Information;
  • The categories of third parties with whom we share such Personal Information;
  • The specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you;
  • The categories of Personal Information about you that we sold, and the categories of third parties to whom the Personal Information was sold, by category or categories of Personal Information for each category of third parties to whom the information was sold;
  • The categories of Personal Information that we have disclosed about you for a business purpose;
  • The category or categories of consumers' Personal Information that we have sold, or if we have not sold consumers' Personal Information;
  • The category or categories of consumers' Personal Information that we have disclosed for a business purpose, or if we have not disclosed that information for a business purpose; and
  • The categories of Sensitive Personal Information to be collected and the purposes for which the categories of Sensitive Personal Information are collected or used and whether such information is sold or shared, except for such information that is collected or processed without the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
  • We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than providing the Services or goods reasonably expected by you, ensuring security and integrity, performing services on our behalf, verifying or maintaining quality or safety, and for other purposes authorized by law.

Please note that if we collected information about you for a single one-time transaction and do not keep that information in the ordinary course of business, that information will not be retained for purposes of a request under this section. In addition, if we have de-identified or anonymized data about you, we are not required to re-identify or otherwise link your identity to that data if it is not otherwise maintained that way in our records.

Right to Delete or Correct Personal Information

You can also request that we correct or delete your Personal Information. There may be certain exceptions to our obligation to correct or delete your information such as if you have an existing account or transaction with us or if we have a legitimate business reason to keep your information.

Right to Opt-Out

You have the right, at any time, to tell us not to sell or share your Personal Information - this is called the "right to opt-out" of the sale or sharing of Personal Information. "Sharing" under the CCPA means disclosing Personal Information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes (such as targeted advertising). At this time, we do not sell or share consumers' Personal Information to third parties. You may exercise this right by visiting our "Cookie Settings" link or by contacting us using the information in the "Contact Us" section below.

Please note that even if you opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information, we may still use your Personal Information for other purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, and we may still share your Personal Information with service providers who assist us in providing the Services to you.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
  • Provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services.
  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive we offer will reasonably relate to your Personal Information's value. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.

Information related to how long we retain each category of Personal Information is included in the "Retention of Personal Information" section above.

We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age. If we have actual knowledge that a consumer is at least 13 but under 16 years of age, we will not sell or share that consumer's Personal Information unless we have received affirmative authorization (opt-in) from that consumer. For consumers under 13 years of age, we would require opt-in consent from a parent or guardian before selling or sharing Personal Information.
